Dr. Leticia Nkonya

Leticia is a Senior Technical Advisor for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion at World Vision United States. Her areas of interest are international development, social research, gender, social inclusion, social change, and program and evaluation. Leticia holds a PhD in Sociology – International Development, Social Change and Gender, a MA-Social Demography and Research Methods, Graduate Certificate in Women Studies and Gender (All from Kansas State University, USA), and several Certificates including Project Management and Diversity and Inclusion (Cornel University, USA), and Women in Leadership (WV US).
